Description
The ASP-631F – Version WL is a high-precision circular saw sharpening machine, designed for automatic grinding of circular blades with straight, alternate, single-sided angular and trapezoidal teeth, for diameters from 100 mm to 630 mm (optionally up to 800 mm).
Equipped with a swinging grinding head, this version allows sharpening of both the front and the top of the tooth, ensuring perfect geometry and cutting performance. The machine operates on high-quality linear guides, increasing the accuracy and repeatability of the process.
Controlled via an intuitive interface, all sharpening parameters can be easily configured. The machine also allows defining "custom saw" profiles with sequences of up to eight different tooth types (e.g., 2 alternate teeth followed by a trapezoid), ideal for technical blades.
The complete machine includes a base with coolant system and enclosed safety cabin with integrated lighting.
