The NUA-25 HA universal grinding or sharpening machine, manufactured by the Polish company Lakfam, is a precision-engineered solution designed for sharpening a wide range of tools and performing surface or hole grinding operations with exceptional stability and efficiency.
This version is equipped with a hydraulic table drive that provides smooth and consistent longitudinal movement. All hydraulic components are integrated within the machine body, ensuring reliability, protection, and a compact design. Switching from hydraulic to manual feed is fast and simple — achieved by releasing the locking latch, allowing easy transition between operating modes.
The hydraulic drive enables surface grinding (with a hydraulic table lift of up to 360 mm), hole grinding, and — with the use of additional accessories — automatic sharpening of tools with uniform tooth pitch or straight tooth alignment.
Optionally, the machine can be fitted with a cooling system, which significantly improves surface quality, reduces tool wear, and ensures high-precision ground finishes.
The standard grinding head includes a single-direction left-rotating spindle, a 0.55 kW motor, a vertical tilt from +15° to -90°, and a horizontal rotation of ±173°, enabling a wide range of grinding applications with exceptional precision and control.
