Description
The circular saws and milling cutters sharpening machine, manufactured by Lakfam, model ASP-631F, PFM version, is a multifunctional automatic solution designed for sharpening circular saw blades and milling cutters, combining versatility, precision, and industrial efficiency in a single piece of equipment.
The machine allows sharpening of:
- Circular saw blades with straight, slanted, or trapezoidal teeth, with diameters between 100 and 630 mm
- Disc and conical cutters with straight teeth, up to 250 mm
- Finger joint cutters, thanks to the integration of 3 numerically controlled CNC axes
The model is equipped with two independent dividing heads (one for saw blades and another for cutters), ensuring sharpening cycles adapted to each type of tool. The process runs in an automatic cycle and can be optionally configured with a cooling system for wet grinding, providing a superior finish and extending tool life.
Programming is managed through an intuitive control panel, which allows quick and simple entry of all essential sharpening parameters.
