Description
The ASP-631F PF Circular Saws and Milling Cutters Sharpening Machine is a versatile and automatic solution designed for sharpening both circular saw blades and milling cutters. Developed for sharpening centers, sawmills, and woodworking industries, this equipment allows for precise restoration of the cutting edge of a wide range of tools.
This model is capable of sharpening:- Circular saw blades with straight, slanted, or trapezoidal teeth, with diameters from 100 mm to 630 mm
- Disc, slanted, and conical cutters with straight teeth, with diameters up to 250 mm
Equipped with two independent dividing heads — one for circular saws and another for milling cutters — the ASP-631F PF ensures high-precision sharpening tailored to each tool type.
Optionally, the machine can be fitted with a cooling system for wet grinding, which improves cutting edge quality and extends tool lifespan.
All operations are managed via a simple and intuitive control panel, allowing easy input of key sharpening parameters.
