The milling cutters sharpening machine or milling cutters grinding machine ASP-631F – Version M introduces a third CNC axis that enables the accurate sharpening of finger joint cutters. This feature makes the ASP-631F an even more versatile solution for professional sharpening centers requiring maximum flexibility in tool grinding.
The upgrade includes the installation of an additional transverse motion, where a dividing head is mounted. This setup allows for precise sharpening of complex cutter profiles. Additionally, it is possible to program a custom trimming angle, adapting the process to the specific geometry of each tool.
