Description
The ASP-631F WL Premium is a high-tech circular saw sharpening machine designed for automatic sharpening and profiling of a wide range of woodworking blades, including straight, trapezoidal, alternating, and dual-side slanted teeth, with regular or irregular tooth pitch.
Equipped with 5 CNC-controlled axes, the machine enables automatic positioning of the grinding head in relation to the tool axis, and allows for both sharpening and creating new teeth based on preset parameters. The integrated probe detects broken teeth and automatically skips them, while an additional function ensures initial contact between the grinding wheel and the first clearance surface tooth.
Robust construction, a 40-litre cooling system and intuitive user interface make the ASP-631F WL Premium the ideal choice for sharpening centres, sawmills, and wood processing industries demanding precision, productivity, and flexibility.
