Description
The circular saw sharpening machine or circular saw grinding machine ASP-631F WL(E) machine is designed for the automatic sharpening of HSS metal cutting circular saws and for cutting new teeth, with diameters ranging from 100 to 630 mm. It enables sharpening of Aw, B, Bw, BR, and C teeth types, including chip breaker teeth.
Equipped with a swinging head, the machine allows sharpening both the rake face and the top face of the tooth. It moves along high-end linear guides, significantly increasing the sharpening precision. The machine operates with five numerically controlled axes, ensuring a highly accurate and repeatable sharpening process.
The sharpening process is managed by an intuitive control panel where all necessary parameters are easily entered. The machine is supplied complete with a stand, a cooling system, and a lighting-equipped cabin.
