Description
The double pallet nailing table is an industrial solution designed to maximise efficiency in the assembly of wooden pallets, allowing sequential nailing of both sides of the pallet within a single structure — the top side on one end of the table and the bottom side on the other. This configuration enables a continuous, fast, and highly productive operation.
Built with a welded steel frame of high robustness, this table is engineered to perform in demanding industrial environments, ensuring stability, durability, and repeatable precision even during long production cycles.
It includes, as standard, an automatic pallet ejection system that removes the finished pallet without manual handling, improving safety and streamlining the production flow. When required, the table can be supplied with a pallet stacker, which allows automatic accumulation of finished units, facilitating handling, storage, or dispatch. This stacker can also be equipped with an integrated corner cutter for finishing and standardization of pallet edges.
The table is compatible with the most common pallet formats used in logistics and industry, including EPAL pallets, chemical pallets (CP1, CP2, CP3, CP7, CP9), American pallets (1200x1000 mm), as well as custom models tailored to each client's specifications.
